The right colour hue in a flash: the new Color Whirl
06 Jan 2012 - The new Color Whirl is a rotatable colour wheel that makes it easier for artists to achieve precision mixtures for the right colour hues. It provides an overview of primary and secondary colours and the blended tones that can be achieved with red, yellow, blue, white and black. Complementary colours and colour shadings can be read off the reverse side. The colour wheel consists of three sturdy cardboard discs which, thanks to their protective paint finish, can be wiped clean if they get soiled. The Color Whirl is a Harder & Steenbeck development.

06 Jan 2012 - The “Airbrush Nail Design” guide book from Roger Hassler has already been on the market for several years and is considered the standard German language publication for beginners in the airbrush nail design technique. It guides nail designers step by step through the airbrush technique for fingernail painting. Covering everything from the selection of instrument and material to basic exercises and the design of complex motifs, every step is explained in a simple and easily understandable manner. Practical tips also help when it comes to cleaning instruments, sealing motifs and solving technical problems.
No longer available: Casan squirrel hair dagger liner with short stem
06 Jan 2012 - We introduced you to three new dagger liner brushes with a short stem in the last dealer information. Current developments have, however, already forced us to withdraw the FE model with real Casan squirrel hair from our range. Devastating forest fires in Eastern Russia have led to an acute threat to squirrel populations, the real “suppliers” of Casan squirrel hair. In the face of threatened delivery shortages and for animal welfare reasons, we will be refraining in future from delivering the brushes in question. We will be able to supply our existing 526 FE artist’s brush set with Casan squirrel hair dagger liners as long as stocks last. However, termination of the product should also be reckoned with in this case in the foreseeable future.
New packaging for Evolution Solo and Infinity
06 Jan 2012 - The Evolution Solo and Infinity models will be supplied with immediate effect in the tried and trusted hardcase covers of the Two-in-One series. The Evolution Solo can be identified by the yellow plastic casings, while the Infinity instruments are contained in the black covers. Both cases are packaged in newly designed slipcases and, as usual, sealed in film. The cases provide optimum protection against damage during transport and can be used as durable supports for the instruments which are suitable for stacking.
